Designer’s Solution:      

  • · Converted existing covered porch and storage room to a new Guest House.

Architectural Highlights:

  • · Guest House contains sleeping area, living area, bathroom and closet.
  • · Used salvaged brick to infill at new areas.
  • · Used salvaged granite countertop from Main House.
  • · Exposed existing rafters at ceiling to create more volume in interior space.
