Description:
This 10,000 square foot Craftsman duplex is located on prime water-front property on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The exterior is protected by superior materials, such as, brick veneer and Hardi siding and shakes. The structure is enriched with craftsman details, which include oversized brick columns, heavy timber columns, heavy timber exposed trusses, exposed rafter tails, and custom windows with divided lites.
The ground level provides parking in the detached two car garage, as well as, in the main structure for immediate access to the ground level bonus room. The oversized bonus room provides a small kitchenette, which is very convenient to the veranda and pool. The ground level provides two bedrooms, both with their own bath.
Guests are welcomed as they ascend stairs to the covered deck, which provides a preliminary glimpse of the Gulf. The main living activities occur on the second floor. The second floor provides more than adequate living and dining space for all visitors. Immediate access to the veranda provides guests with a superior view of the Gulf. The high-end kitchen not only services the formal dining area, but also provides additional seating for casual meals. The second floor of the main house also provides two bedrooms, each with their own bath. The detached guest bedroom is oversized, and can also be used as an exercise room / gym.
The third floor is dedicated entirely to an additional three sleeping quarters. The smallest of the bedroom has its own bathroom and ample closet space. The two other bedroom suites are oversized for maximum comfort. Each of these suites has their own luxury bath. The baths contain his and her sinks, tub / sauna, a separate shower, and individual toilet room. Oversized closets are also provided for each of the suites.
