Architectural Highlights:

  • · Vaulted Ceiling in Guest House / Pool House with clerestory windows.
  • · Roof form at New Guest House / Pool House matches existing to appear as part of original design.
  • · Oversized brick columns at New Screened Pool Enclosure.
  • · New Screened Pool Enclosure constructed of heavy gauge, tube steel framing.
  • Hot tub with direct site line to television in Guest House / Pool House.
