Description:
Nestled among one of the peaceful waterfront nooks in Northwest Florida, this Southern Colonial home commands and outstanding one hundred-eighty degree view of the local harbor. With over 1,700 square feet dedicated to waterfront porches, ample space is provided for outdoor gatherings of family and friends.
The flared hip roof at the thirteen foot deep porches instills a French accent while also providing maximum shade to combat the overpowering heat of Florida’s summer. The high temperatures are also minimized with the use of cross-breeze windows located on the second floor. The structure is encased with an oversized brick veneer for optimal protection during the tropical storm season.
