Project Name:
“A New Spanish Eclectic Gulf Resort at Villa Rosa”, project no. 0904

Approximate Square Footage:
2,600 Square Feet (conditioned space).

Status:
Project on hold.

Description:
This Spanish Eclectic house is located on one of the prime gulf-front lots in Villa Rosa.  Set over twenty-five feet above sea level, the beautiful views of the Emerald Coast are encapsulated from the verandas at all four living levels.

With its hand-troweled stucco and brick veneer, this luxury vacation home is highlighted at the entrance with a stone surround and a custom aluminum entry gate.  Along with the clay tile roof and the custom aluminum handrails, the decorative stone window / door surrounds further enrich the house with a Spanish style.

The ground level provides parking for up to three automobiles with the option to reduce to two parking spaces and create a covered patio for immediate beach access.  From the ground level the living levels are accessible through the custom elevator.

Upon exiting the elevator, the first floor introduces guests to an open floor plan that includes a dining and living area with a modest kitchen containing high-end stainless steel appliances.  The room is flooded with natural light from the oversized windows on the South and West walls, which maximize the views of the Gulf of Mexico.  Beyond these windows is the veranda, which provides enough space for outdoor dining.  Adjacent to the veranda is a balcony that provides a “cat walk” along the west façade for superior sunset viewing.

The second floor is dedicated to the master suite, which includes a bathroom for two, a sitting area, and a bedroom.  Just off of the bedroom is a private gulf side veranda.

The third floor provides a double bedroom, also with its own private gulf front veranda.  Also incorporated into this level is a sitting room, which can double as a play / game room.  Adjacent to the play / game room is a separate balcony, which overlooks the common area and pool.

With its vaulted ceiling, the fourth floor provides sleeping accommodations on a king sized bed, and its own sitting area.  Also on this level is a kitchenette, which is easily accessible from the play / game room from below.  The veranda at this level provides the highest viewing point of the Gulf of Mexico.
