Description:
Identified as a “Four Square” for its equal sides that begin on the first floor living space, and extends up to the second floor, this cottage residence stays true to its style through its simplistic planning and use of materials.
The structure is anchored with a brick base that is highlighted with oversized brick columns at the front porch. The Hardi board siding provides a traditional look with a superior exterior building envelope. Architectural elements, such as, heavy timber beams, exposed rafter tails, and wood brackets, further enrich the cottage style.
