• • Provide Covered Porch with Deck attached to existing house.
  • Provide New Cabana and Pool.
  • Provide designated Patio areas for separate activities.

Architectural Highlights:

• • Concealed hurricane shutters.
  • Concealed downspouts (in new columns).
  • New Outdoor Kitchen at New Pool Cabana.
  • Fireplace at New Pool Cabana.
  • Custom glass guardrails with custom aluminum posts.
